| AB Lindex announces that the company on October 23, 2007 has acquired title to the trademark Lindex in Russia. The Board of AB Lindex has on September 30, 2007, received an offer of SEK 116 for each share for Lindex from Stockmann Oyj Abp, which the Board recommends the shareholders to accept. The offer from Stockmann is conditional upon that Lindex has acquired title to the trademark Lindex on the Russian market. | ||||
