Canada : Golf Town expansion in Quebec

As the new year begins, so too does Golf Town's aggressive new plan for serving the important Quebec golf market. Golf Town, Canada's leading golf retailer, has already been well established in the province since early 2002 and currently operates eight retail stores across Quebec. Canada's ultimate golf superstore plans to open five new stores in key markets throughout the region over the next twelve months.

Golf Town is unrolling an aggressive expansion plan for Quebec with new stores planned for growing markets such as Gatineau, Vaudreuil, Candiac, Lachenaie and Laval thus bringing Golf Town's store total to thirteen in Quebec and over forty across Canada.

New store openings in Quebec are slated to take place over the course of the next twelve months and will create twenty new full-time and over two hundred part-time jobs. Golf Town already has stores located in the Greater Montreal area as well as Quebec City.

Golf Town also provides expert service such as certified club fitting and repair, in-store lessons, corporate sales, auctions, on-line shopping and simulators, in addition to their selection of over 2,500 products from all the leading brands, many of which are exclusive to Golf Town.
